What happens in a typical session?
STOP SMOKING:
For example, if you want to stop smoking, you may have tried patches, acupuncture and perhaps have already seen a hypnotherapist. Smoking may affect your health, waste your money and perhaps you get out of breath when climbing the stairs or playing with the children or grand children. All of this helps me to understand how it affects you. Our goal is that after one session, you will be a happy non-smoker.
WEIGHT LOSS:
If you want to lose weight, you will probably want to tell me about the methods that you have used so far and how successful or otherwise they were. You can tell me your desired weight or perhaps that you 'want to look slim' or 'feel better about yourself'. Whatever it is, we can work together to help you achieve your goal of losing weight without feeling deprived or as if you are making a sacrifice. Whatever you do, you must be happy to do it for the rest of your life or you won't do it for long. That's why diets don't work and why you need to make a permanent change so you can be happy and slim. Hypnosis can help you to do that.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
The sessions for phobias or other conditions follow a similar pattern so that we have a consultation first, followed straight away by the hypnosis so that we can work towards a resolution.
